	This is a two men exhibition by the master of Nihonga(Japanese painting),
          HIRAYAMA Ikuo and the master of the Korean art scene, KIM Heung-Sou.
          This exhibition, a combination of different types of arts, namely
          Nihonga and a unique contemporary fine art which is a mixture of abstract and concrete
          expressions, has already been shown at the Seoul Arts Center of Korea from
          May 1st to May 20th, 2001, which was popular leading to the 
          realization of this show in Japan, aiming towards cultural exchange.
           HIRAYAMA is exhibiting 18 pieces of his Nihonga with Japanese beauty
          and the Silk Road as his themes and 30 drawings of the world's
          cultural and natural heritages registered by UNESCO, such as Dunhuang and the Yellow River.
           KIM is exhibiting 25 major pieces mainly with his theme of乬harmonism乭
          based on the east-cultural principles of the positive and negative, 
          expressing traditional beauty appearing in traditional dances, 
          national treasures and relics, etc. and also the irony of war and peace.
